Complaints

Everyone in the team, that is the villa owner, the property manager (s) and ourselves, the booking agents, are keen to ensure that you have a trouble free stay in Crete.

The majority of the villas are owned by people who don't live on Crete and therefore owners will have appointed a property manager or managers to look after the villa for them.

Property managers will make sure the villa is ready for your arrival and, depending on the level of service to be provided, they will visit during your stay to clean the villa and change the bed linen and towels. They, or their representatives, will also visit to maintain the swimming pool and garden. They will try to be as unobtrusive as possible in carrying out these services. These services will be provided by the villa owner if they live locally.

If you have any complaint about the villa you must first of all speak to the owner or property manager (s) to give them the opportunity to put things right. We cannot deal with any complaint if it hasn't been brought to the attention of the owner or property manager and they haven't been given that opportunity.

If you have a complaint that has not been satisfactorily resolved then please contact us as soon as is possible on . We may act as arbitrators (Para 8.1 of our terms and conditions).
