Our office hours:-

From 9am Thursday 5th to 9am Monday 9th September  - our office will be closed. Please contact us by email and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are in Crete, please contact the owner's representative/property manager. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Monday to Friday - between 9.00am and 5.00pm***.  NB: see customer notice below. 

Saturday between 10.00am and 1.00pm***  NB: see customer notice below. 

***We are also contactable by email and will aim to respond within a couple of hours. All online bookings and email enquiries will be dealt with as soon as possible.

From outside the UK please call 0044 (0) 7891 160661. If we don’t answer your call please leave us a message so that we can get back to you.

CUSTOMER NOTICE: calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. We will not tolerate verbal (or written) abuse towards our staff and we reserve the right to terminate calls (or correspondence) in this event. 

By E mail - we are always contactable by email. Send to  and we will answer your emails promptly even at weekends and bank holidays. If you have emailed and not had a reply please try again or call us as it is likely we won’t have received your earlier mail.

By Post - our postal address is Crete Escapes Ltd, The Mills, Canal Street, Derby, DE1 2RJ. NB: This is our registered office address so there may be a short delay in us receiving any correspondence whilst it is being re-directed.
